Seen this on ebay tonight and must say it looks pretty neat, http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=31348&item=4559217980&rd=1.
I think by looking at the picture it bolts to the gutter rather than clamp.

that does look very tidy rack how much you say
-
Different, looks ok, but I would probably change the lamps

See if they do them without the lamps and buy some better ones
-
Do you have a sunroof Andy?
-
I like it.
Looks well smart.
:D

Not bad, although from the looks of things no good for sunroof'ers
I did email greenlane4x4 some time ago, and they make a rear roof light bar for worklights too. Although he didnt give any idea of the price.

This is the guys who were making the lamp bars everybody was buying a while ago. I asked them about a bar without the lamps and it's the same price because they have to make the brackets, rather than weld on the ones that come with those lamps. Even for a bare bar with no lamps it would have been £60 but now I know someone who can zinc dip and powder coat one for me.........
Also I think it might look ok on a Rangie, any thoughts?

As you can see from the Avatar, I have one of those 'bars everybody was buying', but with different lamps. I also asked for a CB aerial mount point in the centre ...
-
Got a piccy of the wiring for the cb please Mike?
-
8) just got me a bar from them too looks great but i hadnt thought about a cb arial on it mines currently on the rear might move it ... then again might not lol

It'a an advantage on th RR because it has an Ali roof, no good for the ground plane on a CB antena so a steel roof rack would be great, otherwise you have to run another wire into the cab and fasten it under the grap handles.
