Spots Before The Eyes
« on: July 06, 2005, 21:41:03 »
Saw this 'thing' on Monday (4th) as I was doing the School-Run. I was following it for quite a while, then drew alongside on Marsh Way (Wakefield) before getting to the school

Why do they do it???

There used to be a Fiat 126 around Wakefield with a rotating key on the engine cover & the logo 'Clockwork Mouse' painted on the bonnet.

If it's a convertible it is very rare. Ford built 8 (as far as I know) as a prmmotional tool for the Thunderbirds film.
I've seen one in Bingley, but dismissed it as garish, if I'd known....

Spotted it!
I'd been up to Gaping Gill, and detoured back through Bingley instead of along the by-pass
