Motorway Legend Put To Rest
« on: July 12, 2005, 17:27:33 »
I was travelling back from Manchester Airport this afternoon after dropping bro-in-law, new wife & their 'small-child' off.

- I'd dropped mine off at Finningley (Doncaster) this morning* :D  :D  :D  :D  -

Perfect peace until the 19th :D

Coming over the Pennines I took some photos (via the LCD screen) & thought of the 'myth' surrounding this group of buildings.

Explanation here

And  of course there's this wonderful bridge

*Saw some more nice features on my way back to the A1 from Finningley
