I was having the same problem.  Try using http://www.discoveryownersclub.org/phpBB2/index.php for the forums.  I was using an old url that didn't seem to work.

Its moved to a new server.  It is there, your ISPs DNS may not have refreshed its reference.  You could try deleting your browser cache ?  Cheers.
