Whose is this Disco
« on: August 16, 2005, 18:56:33 »
I've seen this car before
London to Brighton 2004. It was parked next to me at Crystal Palace.
Had another Disco with it which was called Piglet
Found outside a large electronics distribution centre in the Midlands

I'm pretty sure it is George, the light bar on the rear looks familiar.

If it is   no stickers.

Judging by the title of the pic I think we're onto a winner with it being Mad George!

A little mad isn't the right word, (hatter jumps to mind), but he has calmed right down lately, costs a bit in broken diffs etc when you go at things a bit mad, eh George?

TBH Phil i did'nt
I dont forget car names in a hurry
Turtle, Liberty and Piglet are insperational motors to a young LR enthusiast.
Seeing them all for the first time was cool.
Finding all 3 again at Billing 2004 was great and we found Turtle at Abingdon last year. You sold me some MC stickers, not that you'd remember!
Seeing both those disco's inspired me to sell my series 3 and get a disco and cover it in stickers!
Funny now, without any conversation, we have all de-stickered.
(i can provide dated photo's to say i was first too   )

Not ever hitting the high levels of Piglet or Liberty's sticker heights I do think they both look better.

Nearly all of mine are now confined to the windows with only a small Mud .com logo underneath the LR mountain one on each wing. I've even reduced the number on the windows especially the rear. I perfer to have more area to polish  :D

So that said who now has the most stickers on  :?:

(I might start a new thread on the most stickered 4x4   ).
