I'm shocked and stuned  :o
had some work done on the family car after had a slight accident(was back ended by some moron) and had a letter from reg Vardy garages.
Inclosed was a cheque for £35.
Why?
They had over charged us from begining of the year and letter was appologetic and explained why they had made the refund.
They had checked back on there books and noticed discrepancy so sent out the cheque.
Of course would have been better to not been over charged but still nice that they didnt just keep it quiet and have an extra pint at the christmas party

Having worked in the Motortrade for several years, have never know this before usually a letter advising you owe more money.

Makes a refreshing change

dont think that peugeot would have been so forthcoming
