Well, we finaly took the plunge and swaped our Defender for a Disco last night (plus enough cash to buy some toys for her). We have only found one problem so far and that is difficulty selecting 1st and 2nd gear. We have been told it is the bias sping which needs replacing ( had the same problem on my old SIII). I presume it can be done from inside by removing the center console etc. any info, pics or diagrams would be appreciated!!
