Hello mate have you  got any pics of how you got round the Turbo and Pipe off it going to bottom of Intercooler as its tight as a [!Expletive Deleted!] against wheel arch cover in engine bay and seems to squash the rubber u bend pipe off Turbo

Also how you piped to Lower Hose on Intercooler?

I might have to chop out some of the engine bay on Turbo??

off the bottom of Turbo here

what i did before i fitted the engine for the last time is roughly mark where the hose was gonna go n heat it with the oxy bottles & bash the wing otwards to make some more room, the hose i used of the turbo on the presuure side was a def TDI 90 degree bend that i already had of my dads TD when we fitted it with a intercooler, basically for the intercooler pipes used a DEF pipe work but moded slightly,

bottom metal pipe was shortened by about an inch & welded back together & the top hose is a 90 degre bend with a long tail into an up n over pipe over the air intake into a short red sillycone hose into the intercooler
