I work in a small garage and do the bodywork. We also clean the cars before they are returned to the customer. We also put covers on the seats and dash to stop this problem. Have a look over the car and see each body panel that may have overspray on it. eg BONNET , ROOF , WING TOPS as you may find that they have not covered the whole car when spraying. If you spray a door bottom the spray rises in the booth or garage and then settles on the roof bonnet wingtops if they have not covered it you will be able to see and maybe feel it run your hand over the bonet gently to feel if its rough and not smooth. Sounds to me like they don't give a s**t....may be worth a look....
