solar panel battery conditioner

I've seen these somewhere in one of the mags, but I'd be blown if I can find it again. Does anyone know where I can get them from?
With the split charge system I have, (Diode), I'm not getting the full 14+volts on each battery, so need to keep charging the batteries to keep them healthy. Yes, in hindsight I should have installed the more expensive relay system - I know, I know..... :(stoopid):

Not every problem can be solved with duct tape, and it's exactly for those situations we have WD 40
