If you didn't want it for a present then eblag would seem to be an obvoius answer....

Except I have been looking myself for one, and at the end of bidding they are going for very similar money to the shops.

I will watch this thread with interest as I'm going to give in and buy a brand new one (which is probably the best idea anyway).

Not sure on the price comparison but I got mine from Devon 4x4.  They were very friendly and helpful.

They came highly recommended by a certain member

Need one by end of November really.

I want a new one and I want to avoid the eblag!

When my high lift went wrong a while ago, abril gave me a new one as Id registered it!

I'll keep looking but its like a ctach 22, find it cheap and its £30 postage, find free postage and its stupid prices.

Im only bitter as I got mine for £50 but then again......

Theres seem to be the T-Max ones rather than the Hi-Lift, I suspect that is what Ash is after.

Hi-Lift as a brand name rather than a description.

I could be wrong though

I got mine from 'TuffToys' at the Peterborough show. It and the defender adaptor (for steering guard on Disco) were 35 quid and 14 quid respectively - well cheap ! I'm sure they're at www.tufftoys.co.uk or similar, basic in Leics if you're nearby ..

Cheers, Simon

Spot on     I'll only ever use a hi-lift as I feel thats the best bit of kit out there.

Farm jacks / maz jacks etc etc are great and work fine but if your really going to abuse a product and use it in anger then the best is essential in my eyes.  Hi-lift all the way please!!!  :D
