Refurbish starter in Lincolnshire / Ely

Does anyone know of somewhere where i can get a starter refurbished in sutton bridge / kings lynn / wisbech / ely area?

also when it is refurbished what needs to be done to the starter?

starter is from a v8 3.5 rr c
