87-supply to lights etc
85-earth
86-supply from switch or side lights etc

heh heh, i had the same problem recently, although my relay was labelled differently to yours, and to the one in the following link, i managed to work out what went where from the diagram about half way down the page,

Most relays do have a small diagram on them telling you what the pins do, have a good look.

Your terminals should have a number on each one,
30 = Feed from fuse
87 = feed out to what you want to power
85 = feed from switch
86 = Earth

Had to go and look it up again, althoughI do loads of these I can never remember the layout
