Classic, 1994 soft dash heater
« on: November 20, 2005, 18:06:44 »
My manual only goes to 1992, so heres problem.
engines warm, all pipes warm, including ones through baulkhead to heater, but put heater controls to heat, turn fan on, but it coming out cold. So unless previous owner had matrix leak, and bypassed matrix under dash, i am lost.
Is there a vacumn system of flaps under there? does anybody have a diagram of system?
I am freezing me bits off, leaters cold as it is, but without heater, its acold hell. :(

Hay there I had a simlar problem with my heaters, only it was just one side that did not work which turned out to be a broken clip that held the cabel outer sheeth in place so when the dial was turned the whole cabel moved and not just the cabel inside the sheeth. If you take out the glove box you can see this doesnt sound like this is your problem but worth eliminating
