Disco 2 Centre Diff Lock
« on: March 22, 2004, 16:28:26 »
I know there are aftermarket kits for adding a diff lock actuator to an early non-diff-locked TD5, but I'm told you can buy a Genuine Parts low box / diff lock selector for a later diff-locked Disco and fit them instead.  Anybody done this or know how easy it is?

The parts from the 300, and probably the 200 disco will fit I'm told, the transfer box wasn't changed, just some bits left off, so the bits from a lter one should fit. Using 300 parts was common a while ago, nothing I've seen would indicate its "difficult" as such.
