just to let you all know why i ain't been to any of the meetings recently, i had a heart attack on the 30th September and they discovered that i have a leaking mitral valve so am awaiting more surgery but am not allowed to be off roading yet but am hoping to be back next year

While in the hospital though had my mub club birthday bash shirt stolen by one of the others on the ward

Take care of the ticker Ron and don't over do it at Christmas. Have a steady but enjoyable festive break.

My dad had a triple by-pass a few years back which gave him some extra years with us. Sadly he passed away at the age of 73, a good innings but wished it could have been longer.

So we'll be on the lookout for a MC t shirt on someone that doesn't look like a MClubber....

I hope you get sorted soon Ron. I had a couple of heart attacks a few years ago so know where you're at.  These days I only get them when I have to fill the tank on the Disco :)

Ron,

Hope you are feeling a little better now, and that the surgery sorts everything out for you.

Was your shirt stolen, or have they managed to loose it in the wash? Hopefully the latter, then you might stand a chance of seeing it again next time you are in.
