Has anyone put a folding side step onto a series 3 i was wondering if it was the same as a defender one, can only find listed for defender on paddocks.

They were original on mine, They attach to the bottom of the seal and a support bracket is attached to the chassis. Decided not to put them back on after new chassis. I believe they are about £40 squid each though.

Side steps on a series are different from a defender, from the ones i have bent. Check with AMD see if they have any, or John craddocks.
Whichever you fit will bend and warn of close proximity between fuel tank and rock.
Hope you have a big hammer for straightening them out.

Thanks James it dosen't go offroad much. My dad is using it to go work and back. It's a bit higher than it used to be and the other day he fell out of it and hurt his back. I think we are giving him are old car to use so might not bother with the step. Thanks.
