ive head this happening in this country too, allegedly (cos i cant remember for sure)

one thing to remember too

dont bloody speed in france! (unless on autoroutes then you can wander over the limit.. or the films showing jeremy clarkson caning it across france is speeded up!)

in britain they have to be painted that yellow puke colour, in france its a different story

on the autoroute through reims there is a sneaky one in the central reservation and is coloured grey to match the crash barriers and isnt easy to see

so i guess its not low, just common practice to the gendarmes

it would be embarrassing to be caught speeding by a wheelie bin though!

To be fair the French are freakin mad when it comes to speeding.

I'd love to cut the bottom out of one and stick a tinted window in just for a giggle.

best place for speed cameras, sadly not active ones tho!

believe denmark and sweeden are similar, hidden in trees and other such sly places.

however we have a device against this sort of activity, its called a "chav"

ya see, chav spies hi tech gizmo in a bin, by rights it is his!

It has been said that, given enough time, a million monkeys bashing at a million typewriters would eventually produce the complete works of Shakespeare. Thanks to the Saxo forums, we now know this to be wrong
