Well im bored! I finished work on Friday and now im bored I could go and clean the mud off the car after whaddon yesterday but i think im banned from the jetwash after www2! i would like to wire up my new rear work light but not very confident about drilling holes in my roof! any ideas on what i could do to pass the time folks?

Im in the same boat. finished work now till Jan 4th, wife and child still at work/school. I have a few jobs on my disco but dont have the will power to start anything yet.

List of jobs:

Dam good wash
Fix hole in rear a frame piller
Repair boot floor
Buy and fit MM 4x4 suspetion kit( bet I dont get it for Xmas)
wire up a map light
Make and fit a tank guard

Most jobs wont get done as my 3yr old will see to that.

im getting to the stage where i might just go for a quick drive just for something to do! although there is sooo much to do on the landy but it is so cold!

Nice work if you can get it we are working our last week then all 34 of us are redundant will have time to go and drive round then
 any volunteers to work on my s11 and gt6 would be great to finish before christmas lol

Don't be such a bunch of wusses! Get some layers on and get out there. 10 minutes of tinkering and you'll be peeling a layer off. :D

Start off with a quick decluttering of the cockpit. That's usually enough for me to find several tangents to go off at.

Unfortunately I'm on Nights... still working over christmas too and got a list of domestic chores to sort before any Landi tinkering.... but then I have just rebuilt the top end of the 101's V8 so can't really grumble. :)

Goarn! Stop reading and get out there , It'll be dark soon! 8)

well i been off work for nearly 3 months now.
been able to get outside in the last 3 weeks and have so far,
1) built a new rear bumper
2) fitted the rear winch
3)done a head change on a mates vit
4) put a hard top on a mates vit
will try to get the front winch sorted by christmas eve or by the end of dec at the latest.
suzuki vitara on hilux axles with leaf springs.
35/13.50 mudzilla's
snorkel
twin t cases.
twin ramsey 8000 winches.
procomp e3000 shocks with 14" of travel.
more flex yeah baby
now with V12 power

Our company just had a 'Christmas cull'  :evil:  . . . . I was lucky . . . . this time  :)

Listen to you all! Aren't you the lucky ones. Have been working every day, including weekend, am on call up til midnight christmas eve, off christmas day and boxing day then work through with only new years day off.
Wish i had time to fit the lift kit, up grade the suspension, fit new tyres etc. :evil:

Hang on, I've just thought of a way to work off that christmas dinner!!  :idea:
Plus a bonus for the rest in the house, I won't be enclosed after the sprouts either!! :(contented):

right it has taken 24 hours but i have now prepared myself to wash the 90! i think i might have to hire a skip to put all the mud off the chassis in! this could take some time so i will just have a quick cuppa first

same thing with me sat at home with the wife but just cant get the get up and go to go sort out the landy need to get the kelow working and then sort outthe inside think ill need a jet wash for that one
on a nuther note im being yeld at now as shmba got some new trowsers for me just got in to the 90 and riped them  :(bigcry): got to get some side steps on there i think
