:D  :D  :D well chuffed with insurance quote just signed up to greenlight insurance  :D if anyone dont know its a dedicated insurance service for 4x4 owners and modified vehicles and is also ran by a member of mud-club barry scott  well worth a visit just saved me about 84 quid from my normal and that includes all mods listed as part of deal 500 cover for recovery acessories and greenlaning and also club meets and 10%discount club members www.greenlightinsurance.com been with the same insurance company for nearly 10 years told them i had modified vehicle and gave them full spec and they fell of there chair  :shock: so i had to move that move has just saved me money and im now fully insured modified vehicle for less money ...well chuffed thanks barry

Its good to get a recommendation for insurance. I had a right old time when I insured the 300Tdi Disco, I went through Sureterm & I found em to be a complete bunch of tossers.

Every time you ring up it costs you money, They take the money then decide they cant add on your insurance & refund you a third!

I had to threaten to pay them a visit to get my refund & will definately NEVER use them again.

I'll try these when the policy is up in a few months time. Thanks

We got a great quote and now have the modified disco insured with them well professional and they know what they are talking about and a mud-club discount!
cant fault them!
Guyz into off roading sensibly and taking machinery and driving skills to the limit! but please dont scratch it!

i just mailed them for a quote and this is the response i got:

Unfortunately the details entered into the system do not fit the required
criteria for our specialist schemes.

so what do you guys have done to your discos to be able to get a quote,

Only amends we have to the std vehicle is light bar steering guard diff guards and front bumper off but no probs getting a quote!
