hi ive just done something to my f reg rrc for some reason it works perfect in reverse including dif lock hi and lo but wont move at all in forwards gears its an auto and the tickover changes slightly when forward/drive selected any ideas peeps

sounds like the box is dead,what does the oil smell/look like??
is it bright red & smells ok or dark brown & smells burnt??

Don't know to much about these boxes, but to me it sounds like an hydraulic block problem inside the auto box itself.
