...apart from putting in a V8? ;-)

I'd recommend you contact Allisport. They do intercoolers that will help you. No amount of tweaking will really help without extra intercooling! ;-)

I agree with thrasher and wizard  ...I have a allisport intercooler and its 100 times better... Get Alan to fit it and they will sort the pump out for you...And fitting is Free

You can get a bit more power out of the engine using the info on the Dodge Ram website that Wizard's provided, without the need for an upgrade to the intercooler.
Although fitting a larger intercooler is the best way to go.

If you use the Dodge Ram info then make sure you read all the warnings and alway make a note of where everything was so you can put it back to standard!!  :?

All we did on Gords 300 TDi was to turn the injector pump diaphram about 90 degrees clockwise and he noticed a difference. We chose 90 degrees because any more than that then all you're doing is forcing more fuel into the engine than can be burnt, then you start seeing black smoke from the exhaust when you put your foot down.

Alter one thing at a time and test it to see what results you get, you can always ease off a bit if required.

I would start with the diaphram, that may give you what you're looking for.  :D
If you do a search then I'm sure there is a thread on here somewhere about making these alteration and it has some good photos on it too.
