Bedworth Heath
« on: January 20, 2006, 21:50:58 »
I know I put a thread up about Bedworth but what about Bedworth Heath or Goodyers End?

Are these areas just as bad or is it mainly Bedworth that is the stabbing and prostitute area?

I am stil tempted by that area as it is the ideal location for my life but just looking for a "nice" area where I wont be stabbed or raped!

any compents welcome.

Have you actually been there ?

Go take a look... see if you like it.   As I said before, my sister lives in Bedworth and is neither a mugger or a prostitute !

It might not be quite as bad as you have been led to believe ;-)

I have to admit that i work there, it isn't to bad, nice friendly people, apart from the ones with the sharp knives.

Just don't count how many fingers that they have!

My sister lived in the middle of Highfields in Leicester for many years with no real problems (rep as a the red-light area of Leics) - and I lived in various 'rough' areas of the city when I was a student with no problems either.

Mostly trouble is exaggerated, and is on the other side of your front door - as long as you keep out of neighbours domestic strife 90% of the problems go away
