Im a hard core landy fan, never ever have i thought about driving any other 4x4........ untill yesterday
Now i cant stop thinking about getting me self a lil suzuki to play in, whats wrong with me? am i ill?

Zuks (and smaller 4x4s) get through some byways etc that Landies cant, more nimble and agile through tight terrain, lighters so go through softer terrain whereas Landies and other 4x4s sink and get stuck..... :D

we enjoy the look on peoples faces and the comments when we go places, get through or go up things some of you cant.....

Go on, get a smaller 4x4, you'll never regret it!

I had a landie v8. It was great, but eventually sold it.
The zook was just an easy way to get into 4x4's again without the lumbering unreliable landie thing. To be honest, theyre great standard, but when you mod em, theyre fantastic. Just nice to make easy work of something in the 'hairdressers car'.
They dont offer much by the way of interior space tho, and are DOG slow as standard.

Id prob buy a Landie crewcab as a second car if I had the cash.
Go on....cut me in half........it says SUZUKI all the way thru the middle!!

Main car is a Audi 90 Quattro 2.5 Turbo. Its fast, quiet, comfortable and sticks to the road like its on rails.

Since I got the Vitara two weeks ago the Audi has done about 20 miles and the Vitara, 400 odd.

Its noisy, clunky, rattles, squeeks, sounds like a tank, the heater is totally ineefective and drives like a tank, stereo dates to circo 1850 and tops out at 70.

But for some reason I cannot define its just SOOOOOO much fun :)
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

Also cheap to buy you could buy a whole bunch of zooks for the price of a landy. I needed an off road ,road legal toy ,apart from the tiny engine (sj series) they are great fun.

Zooks are the way forward. Great fun offroad and great fun on road, when you finally get to 50 it feels like you are about to break the sound barrier!

When it finally dies you can go and buy a new one for peanuts.

I've got one for sale at the moment....

All the Suzooks that I have seen that run big engines use LR running gear...

Remeber the SJ running gear was only ever designed for a 1300 or smaller engine!

Otherwise, I say, fair play go have some fun!
