She followed me the whole way home!
« on: February 20, 2006, 14:46:37 »
I was coming home fro work. Got to a roundabout and the way I was going was 2 lanes and there was a woman in a people mover (say no more) with 3 kids in the car (getting the picture now?) and then 3 other dodery people just watching each other on the other 3 junctions and nobody was moving so I came along and nipped along the out side of the people mover mum and turned right. Perfectly safe manouver. I then saw her follow me and then down the country lane, onto the main road, into my village and then when I turned right at the cross roads and then reversed into my car park I saw in my mirrors that she was still sat at the cross roads. I got out my car and next thing I know she is in the car park staring at me and I looked back and she made a hasty U turn and went off again.

I have no idea what it was all about but what I do know is that if I have any damage to my car tomorrow I know she came out of "Leos ball park" a kiddy ball park thing and they have cctv there so I can get a very good pic off those and prob a car reg number!

I just dont understand why. If I had carved her up or something fair enough but I didnt. I just went onto a roundabout because everyone at each junction was waiting for tthe person on their right to go and nobody was moving!

Mistaken identity, maybe?

Sarah, my wife, once spotted a NATO green 110 with side windows in Sainsbury's car park. She had left her glasses in the car so I suspect it was a bit fuzzy    She went charging up to it and called to the driver that he shouldn't bother getting any shopping, she had just been and done it...... and she'd got me a bottle of wine ....... It wasn't me

I'm sure he would have enjoyed the wine, too!

I wouldnt have minded if she was young and good looking but she is a school mum driver and we all know what their driving is like!!!

Hopefully I have chosen the words there so I cant get myself into trouble with any school mum drivers on here!

I guess you mean the usual no brainers who cant get their little KA through a gap that you could get a bus through!

Had one of them once - she was titting around and sizing up the gap and was starting to reverse as she decided she couldnt get through the gap (we were facing each other) in her eurobox... So i thought oh sod this!  And drove through in the RR - loads of space!  Should of seen the look on her face!!     was priceless!!

Hmmm, if you got her numberplate, you could pre-empt anything by making a phonecall to the police "There's been this person hanging around, I think they're planning a robbery"

i got a stalker too!

my ex, apparently shes pregnant, and were engaged and buying a house...

...funny, if your getting married, isnt it customary to TELL THE GROOM! lol

as for pregnant... well, it aint likely to be mine, unless the w*nksock has been creeping round at night again...!

stalkers can be fun, for winding up puroposes "yeah, i`ll meet you, 6pm, at the pub, have a pint waiting for me" -loiter round til she [!Expletive Deleted!] off, then free pint! winner... but extremely unpopular with SWMBO`s

Strange you should mention roundabouts and people dithering about making a move, the past few weeks just about every 'mini' roundabout i aproach everyone seems unable to decide wether to go or not, of course i have no trouble and just keep going.

Maybe it's just people are to thick to understand the laws of the road and need landrover drivers to teach them how to drive.

As an aside a couple years ago my father asked me to go to some out of town shopping place to pick some stuff up, so we both jumped into his disco drove off.  Anyway on the bypass around Hanley (stoke on trent0 some idiot in a bmw decided that both lanes were for his use only, dad in his wisdom took over him on the outside lane of the roundabout and the BMW driver took exception to it and was not a happy fellow.

the guy in the BMW decided to follow us all the way to the retail park and parked a few cars across, got out and was heading our way.  Dad and i both weigh about 18 stone and at just over 6foot tall both with skinheads (his not through choice) the funny little man realised his error and quickly ran back to his car.  Not really sure what he wanted but sure as stink we was happy to give him some ermmmmmm tips on driving.

Ok that might of been more of a 'you had to be there moment'
On the 8th day god made Smog
