I found out today that all my electric windows go up and down with our the key even in the ignition. is this right?

mine dont do that, its probably been rewired directly from a battery feed or something bypassing the ignition.

my 300 will operate the windows once the key is out but only for one movement within 30 secs i think it is, so you can take the key out and wind the window up

wonder why mine needs nothing then. coz when i first found it the key was on 1st click n the window went up a bit then stopped. I had to then put ignition on to put it up the rest then took key out n tried it n it went up n down a few times
