I'm based near Heathrow so the nearer the better.

I used to use a place in Stratford East London they were set up for big industrial stuff so a chassis would be no problem, think they were called Parks, dunno if they are still there though?

Galvernisers normally work on a weight basis, i know the one that i use charges £60 for the first 60Kg and the 6p per Kg after that.

If its half a tonne that makes it around £87
Now thats not bad for a lifetime's chassis
