Hi Jason
When I did mine I bought the Bearmach blue springs for a 2" lift. The front ones were shorter than the rear ones but were made of a heavier gauge, so I presume that would apply to the 3" lift aswel :?

i would expect the front ones to be heavier guage, as they have to carry the weight of the engine, the back has not much, but will probly have more travel.... although the fronts may be longer to account for the weight...
(ask supplier?)

Some manufacturers lift by lengthening the springs and some make the spring harder to basically eliminate 3" of static sag. on that basis you won't actually know untill you fit them.
