I remember very clearly seeing it all happen live, and the feeling of utter horror as I watched those people jumping from certain death, to certain death. I'll never comprehend man's inhumanity to man.

I remember it very well as our entire plant (at the time) of 12 rolling mills
about 50 cutting machines and about 250 men ground to a halt
including all the supervision & management crowded round various
TV's and radios on site totaly riveted production dident really
resume till the following day and no one cared at any staff level.
At the time our firm was american own'd and we had a token
yank on site and he was like a fish out of water dident know
weather to sit down stand up cry or beat hell out of something
i really felt for him ...

Going to New York later this year and will take time to go to Ground Zero and pay my respects. We have a lot of American friends who say that most people over there still haven't fully come to terms with the days events.
