thisis driving me up the wall.

If you put all the washers on the shocks you cant compress the damn things enough to get the nut on the end!!!!!!!!!

How have other people done it :?:  :?:  :?:  :?:  :?:

I've not come across this problem, as I used standard rubber bushes, but is it possible to jack the axle up sufficiently to fully close the shock and compress the inner bush enough to get the nut on? At a guess it might be necessary to use a set of spring compressors to achieve full compression on the shock.

Regards

Wolfie

Fit lower washer only and tighten nut then undo and fit top washer. Worked on mine ?
If not then compressing shock should work. You may find you can take spring out fit washers nut etc then clamp spring and refit !
I fitted mine without clamps but dpends on how stong/stupid you feel ?
