Mpi to 300tdi

Ive asked before (a couple of times) about swapping the Mpi unit for a tdi one.
Im sort of mind made up now that I want a 300tdi disco but from the results of the last MOT mine is according to the guy in excellent condition.
What Im after is a recommendation or details of someone I could turn round to say put a 300tdi lump in my mpi. I figure Id be spending about 3k to 4k on another disco, just wondering what the cost would be to swap the engine, sometimes its better the one you know than the one you dont.
So if you know of anyplace skilled to do it let me know, the other thing Ive thought about is getting a MOT failed/accidented 300tdi as a doner and dropping the two off somewhere.
ideas pls!

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!
200TDi is alot better most people says so
i have spoken to people who keep asking me why my 300TDi goes better than theirs, then i tell them the front end was changed to a 300
my 200 has done 186,000 miles and it goes better than most 300 that have only done 50,000

What's the second hand value of an MPi :?
I'm just wondering if you might be better selling yours and buying a good 300TDi instead.
You've sold all the best bits of your MPi anyway, why not have a fresh start?

After owning both types of engine i would say that a mixture of the 2 setups would be best. The 200Tdi engine with the R380 box would be best. I get more MPG out of my 200tdi than i did out of my 300tdi and more miles to a tank (about 80 more miles!) Still plods along the motorway at 80mph quite happily and faster if needed. Tows very well, doesnt affect mpg too much either.

If the conversion isnt going to be practical in cost, i.e. on the larger side of about £1250 then it will definately goto Berry and Ill get myself another 300tdi disco.
Just thinking to put a good engine in a very good disco, everything is mint on it now.
