did they test it on gas or petrol, it only has to pass on one

Also if you haven't already, give it an oil change, also air and oil filter change too

Not sure on the plumbing though

Not every problem can be solved with duct tape, and it's exactly for those situations we have WD 40

mine would have failed as it was pouring fuel in but all i did was adjust the mixture screws? out so they put less in as it was about twice what it should have been

I will let you know on the vacuum pipe later today, i have just had mine all redone as it would not idle very well and a bit gutless, they changed the vacumm pump and a few bits of pipe. Now it runs fine

If you present it on gas it should be tested on gas, mine runs on lpg all the time, even on start up so they had no choice.

picture shows how the vacuum pipes go, the one between the pump and dizzy is blanked off on mine. the other goes to the inlet manifold

How much are LPG conversions these days as I am thinking of converting my Rover 620 to lpg but the last time I looked it was about £800 to do it and wondered if it had come down in price yet?

You get what you pay for, DIY kits start at around £350 and a fully installed multi-point will cost £1800.
