going back to fedback though.

I dont know why ebay dont do a thing where when you leave feedback it doesnt get shown until the other person has posted their feedback. The first person to leave feedback submits their entry and then the other person gets a message saying the buyer / seller has left feedback please leave feedback for the other person.

that way you dont do a like for like feedback listing and you cant see what the other person has put until you have BOTH left feedback.

If the other person doesnt want to leave feedback then after a month the feedback left by one person gets shown and the other person looses their chance to leave any.

I think I have made that alot more complicated than in my head!!!!

you only get 60 days to leave feedback on ebay anyway as far as I am aware.. If not done by then it's too late...

I have bought over 50 items off ebay and only 22 have bothered to leave me feedback.
I have always left positive feedback as they have sent the item within a day or two and they have been as described and undamaged in transit.

Since they haven't bothered leaving feedback then it doesn't show up in your feedback 'score', ie I have left 50 positive, only 22 have bothered to leave feedback - my feedback = 22.

yeah I found that out to my peril after some guy supposedly sent me a mobile phone I bought off him for an xmas present and it has never arrived and I complained and he said he would refund me and send me a cheque and that never arrived and he had no proof of postage for either thing.

So I was rather embarassed when I had no present to give my mum and I am out of pocket for something I never got.

Kenny, you sound so sceptical about what I've said that I do'nt think you believe me ! ..  I sell low weight items as a rule.... just so you do'nt doubt me I'll pm you later with a few details and you can check it out yourself.. and not all those parcels went overseas...
Damn.. I hate not being believed...

Calm down Graham !
I was merely hinting that I would like to know what you sell out of curiousity, and my comment was a roundabout way of asking  :D
If you picked it up wrong then I apologise
I do not know you and therefore would not form any sort of opinion regarding your honesty or otherwise - in fact call me naive but I tend to think everyone is honest (especially landrover people ) until I get stung !
I have looked at your ebay site after you kindly pm'd the details and yes,I may buy some of your items - especially the xxx dvd's !
  ....................................................................(joke everyone )
