Looking good mate.Did you get those shackles from eBay? They look the same as the ones i put on the pickup. You will have trouble with them, i was getting stuck in places standard ones were having no problem getting through! It will handle like absolute PooPoo on the road and Rollazuki is right it won't self centre!I'm thinking of using them on my new one but I'll be cutting them at least in half just to give a small lift, 1/2" or so.What else you got planned?
Being a complete ludite when it comes to SJ's, I've been doing a lot of question asking of lots of people and the general conclusion was.......Don't touch long shackles or spring over axle kits! The latter is favoured in the States for rock crawling where geometry is not a major issue, but if you want to use it on the road at all, I would suggest to avoid it.I've gone for 3" lift springs and ProComp dampers. This way, the geometry remains standard so you still get the self centering and no more wheel wobble than normal  The shackle reversal kits seem a good idea. They give a trailing link rather than a leading one. Always a better idea. However, they still present a huge drop link to the oncoming bank! Are you planning on putting a bumper of some sort on? If not, you will definately need some protection for the rad
