i dont know if its just me or if its just my local landrover dealership which is hunters landrover at pride park derby but you phone up the parts line and it can take up to 5 to 10 mins to pick up then you give them the part number and just wait for them to say dont keep in stock for example when i put a new winch bumper on the car decided needed the 4 nuts,bolts and washers as old ones were knackered they only had 3 of the bolts in and beleive it or beleive it not no nuts or washers what a joke .

needed to change the flex hose that joins on the turbo that comes off the bottom of the intercooler what a surprise dont keep in stock will take 2 days to get in .i pointed out to them that without this hose the car would be off the road and said to the man at 1 point i had a pajero and had to get something for that went to the local mitsubishi dealer and they didnt have what i needed in stock but because the car would be off the road without this part they would get it me for next day before 10am as they had a policy of keeping all there motors on the road but normally would of took 3, 4 days and was not charged extra for it .to me saying this to him he went oh can you hold the line came back 5 mins later and said will have you one here in the morning and this was at 5pm got a call next day at 9.15 am your part was in just shows you how landrover work \
as anyone else had any problems with main dealers or is it just hunters as i know a few people who use hunters and all say service is crap
