If you can name one from that list, that would be very helpful and how many litres will i need?

Something like the GTD Magnatec should be more than adequate I would have said.
5.8litres for the engine + 0.85 litres with a new oil filter so minimum of 7 litres total.
It's only really worth considering something a bit more special if you know the full history of the engine and are prepared to spend that little bit more and change oil and filter religiously.

There are only two Diesel oils in that list, and looking at Castrols own site either is suitable for the engine, (
Castrol oil selector
and do a search on Land Rover). That list is only tha castrol oils, and I'm pretty sure that Halfords own brand also meets the specification. I happily use it in my 200tdi.
As for quantity, Haynes says 6 litres for engine, plus anothe 0.85 for the filter, so you're best to get two 4.5L containers and have a bit over for topping up the oil.

If you don't change the oils regularly it is worth spending that little extra to buy a good quality branded oil, but if you change it regularly then Halfords own brand or a simlar appropriate cheaper oil will be more than adequate.

And buy it in 25 litre drums, MUCH cheaper so you'll change it sooner rather than later.
