been to sheffield, on the entrance to the ind estate was this:-

(churchill I believe)
then on the way back spotted this on the A38 near Burton on Trent



Made me day to hear the V8 burble of the 'Ol General!!!
was on a G plate.. dunno if it was one of the movie promo cars.. was a good job tho'

We spotted 3 tanks today being transported south bound on the M1.........looked a bit rusty to be worth transporting! Unfortunately I am far too slow with my phone camera and they were gone before I could get pics :(

could have been going to Donington to be refurbed.. we have a contract to move the shellls of the 'saracens???' from shotblasters to painters, weight about 9 1/2 tonnes stripped bare
