Cam belt ?

Can anyone tell me if when the cam belt on a 200 strips the teeth does it stuff the valves .... the vehicle did not start and there was no adverse noises it stripped with the starter inertia, so no speed was involved
everything in the path of life becomes clear when you get the wipers working .....................mmmmm then theres the washer bottle motor DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH

think you might have a few bent pushrods or even a broken rocker or two , good news is its unlikely to have caused any valve damage, you may even get away with nothing wrong  ?. you never no. alan.....
