TD head for a NA?

I have a cracked head on my '86 90 2.5NA diesel. Sourcing a recon head has been difficult and quotes are expensive. I've seen a TD head on ebay, do you think this would be suitable?
Cheers

TD engine has a lower compression ratio, but that might be done by the pistons. Look on Paddocks etc and see if the two heads have the same part number.

I've been donated a head from a pal who's had a lump on his drive for the past 12 months and wants rid. It's being tested and hope to sort it soon.
Cheers for the help
