How Bizarre, and very messy...
« on: June 09, 2006, 18:34:30 »
Picked up shaving foam, put down by the sink, wandered off while sink filled...

THUD!

Followed by wet splatering sounds.

Opened bathroom door and everything is covered in shaving foam, tin had exploded. Nice ring of rust round the base.
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

my dad went to a chemistry night school when he started working, they used to fill peoples car's with shaving foam, he reckoned you need 3/4 cans to fill a beetle.

Another trick was to put dry ice in a rubber glove and then put the glove in some ones locker, it used to get 5 foot high and see through and then go BANG!!

Wish school had been like that when i was there, the most fun we had was playing with the gas taps :(
i wish, i wish, i wish i had a landy,
a fiesta is so boring!!!

i read that you could put a can in the freezer for a while to freeze the contents, then remove the can (using a tin opener or something) and you are left with a nice frozen lump which can be sliced or chopped into smaller pieces that can be then put through small gaps (like under doors of through open windows) and left to warm up and expand :)
