I supplied all the parts to our local LR Service agent and he fitted it for about £75, got it back the same day as well.  :D

My local diesel engine place (the originally titled 'Diesel Engine Centre' in Coventry) charged me 120 all in for doing the job.

At that price it isn't worth me getting my hooves mucky.  8)

Have a look around your area and see if you've got such a place. Basically, it's all most diesel centres do so they can do it quickly.

HTH

cheers

its a 2-2.5hr job, and others have said best change the tensioners and check that it has the new version pulley with the lip on it.

so I reckon about £200-£250 is a fair price.
