well marvins found a new home as a donor vechicle to a MC member
(no names unless they want to say who they are)

Will be picking up "lurch" my new toy on thursday.
I'm off for next 3 days so will be spending wedding aniversary/SWMBO's birthday taking all the mods off marvin plus a couple of other bits and pieces.

SWMBO is actualy ok with me using the next couple of days to work on the motor (I think thats my aniversary present   )

Will come with all the bits and pieces listed in add but will have 12 months MOT and no tax (will transfer tax from marvin) also as I alreday have an RDS bumper will be transfering that over so I'm not paying the price shown on ad but a fair deal less

will post pictures as soon as I have them

And for those that think it looks familiar this was the RDS re-discovery that was used around shows last year .
The re-discovery kit has been removed though (that was a bit beyond my budget) and refitted with a normal 2" lift.

well spent most of today taking bits off marvin - he's looking rather sad now.
Still got a few other pieces to come off as well e.g. snorkel, tubular bumper and some internal bits

well marvin has run his race
Fairwell old friend

And its hello to Lurch

200tdi disco - formaly the RDS re-discovery disco as seen at many shows and in the land rover mags  :D

Swapped over the tubular bumber today along with the diff guards and steering guard still got to give lurch a major interior clean and fit snorkel and front seets from marvin as lurch's are looking a bit worn ... in fact there worn through.

Will be adding MC membership stickers soon along with a few others I've been stockpileing but will need to remove some of the RDS stickers first to make space
Unashamedly I nearly had a cry when stripping marvin today but at least bits of him will live on  :)

some of it will stay with the RDS stickers (bonet mainly)but will probably take off most of the others to make way for similar lay out as I had on marvin.
Been told the best tool for removal is a hair dryer so looks like SWMBO may be getting a late birthday present
