It's done...

What seemed like the 2 most hellish weeks of my life ever are finally over...

GCSE Exams done, and I'm quietly confident :). Just wait for results day to shoot me down in flames now.

12 Week holiday, at least I got something to keep me busy ;)

you thought GCSe's were bad, are you doing A-levels next year?
If so, then you'll soon change your mind about GCSE's being the most hellish weeks of your life. I've got 2 A-levels left now, one starts in 20 minutes and the other is next week. :cry:

Hey dew...finished my 4 exams in my first year of uni. Results come out on the 30th....

...looking forward to a 4 month summer holiday :P  :D  :D

I'm just in the middle of my A-levels too, I have a 3 hour exam next tuesday that will be a killer, GCSE's are easy to pass so don't worry.

So you lot doing A levels I have a question. My daughter just sat the last of her AS levels last week and we thought that was it now till september. Her headmaster has other ideas though and she is expected back in school full time next week to start her year 13 course work.  My question is ............did any of you have to do this or is this just down to her d**k of a head teacher?

Yeah its normal.

I had to do that when i took my A levels. As does my little sister. She has just finished her AS's and has to go back for 4 weeks. I think its something to do with getting everything covered in time for plenty of revision before the final exams :D

Saying that my sisters a bit of a brainiac. She is heading off to summer school as well :shock:  :shock:

I had to do this as well, i went back for two weeks, it is so they can get through the A2 work quicker so that it is finished before the A2 exams.

Ditto on all that, altho i didn't actually go back to school because we moved house from devon to kent, the week after my exams finished. :)
