90 Blue Smoke Problem!!
« on: June 27, 2006, 18:07:46 »
I have an A reg 2.25l Diesel Land Rover 90, Im getting alot of blue smoke out the exhaust when its ticking over, it seems to ease off when I actually start moving although it does seem to be very 'fumey' all the time. Any ideas what might be causing it?

blue smoke would suggest it buring a bit of oil, probibly due to a worn valve stem seals or maybe worn piston rings.
