ive been told that im going on a 4 day course near sedbergh in september

i kinda know where it is but i know its in the back end of beyond cos its the lakes and 4 days with me boss is gonna make me go potty!

what is there in sedbergh ?

much to do socially?

is it far from.. say preston?

Looks a lovely place . . . . . for some . . . . . not really the sort of place for a strapping young lad I would have thought.  :lol:

Might be some nice farmers daughters there though  :wink:

It's not so far from Kendal which is worth a visit.

Sedburgh itself is really one big boarding school with a village around it.
