you need to pull the diff member, remove differential(inc crownwheel), remove pinion.
get new bearing and seal set(about 30 quid from paddocks(Ive just had a set)) and install.
The bearings need to be shimmed, so you need a stock of the smaller diameter shims so you can get the right preload on the pinion bearings.
once all thats done, you need to set up the crownwheel preload, then youre all done.......
Without a workshop manual for details of preload, and a balance to measure it, and a healthy supply of shims, and micrometer to measure em, Id not do it.
The shims are cheap from a landy dealer, so if youre confident, give it a go.
Go on....cut me in half........it says SUZUKI all the way thru the middle!!

Ditto, except the 24 spline cost twice that.  With a good supply of used diffs I wouldn't bother rebuilding it unless it's something a bit special, which 'zuki's is.  You can swap a diff in an hour with the help of a good jack.
