Good going! I don't want to sound negative but unless you're going to avoid putting the weight back on it might be worth keeping some of the older clothes. If you want to find some recipies that are tasty and easy, take a look at some of the Ainsley Harriott books; most of his stuff is pretty simple to make and he's even done a low fat book. Also if you can get them, the weightwatchers cook books are fantastic for low calorie, great tasting food. They're only officially sold to members, but do pop up on e-blag (or drop me a PM and I might be able to help with getting some).
