calling all those that are based between carlisle & wales,

whats the fuel prices like for heading down for the BB?

should i fill up at 96p a litre up here or get it on my way down?

Its 96p here in Shropshire. But its due to go up as oil prices in USA have hit a new high :(

Looks like cumbria may be your best bet then.........didnt think you would be coming our way but thought I better ask :wink: I know its quite expensive still down in south wales but you arent going that far down are you :lol:

If you are using the M6, which it appears you might be, the fuel price around stoke is variable between 93.9 and 97.9 at most stations, however dont expect any service station on or within 5 miles of the motorway to be less than 99.9 for diesel.

In Wales the prices will vary dramatically from about 94.9 to 105.9 with a lot of places at around 98.9.

If you see anything at 96p then pull in quick :wink:

Burton in Kendal Services was 95.9 last time I checked, between 36 and 35 on the M6.
