Do we have any tradesmen on-board :?: .
Preferably within easy reach of Berwick-upon-tweed :?: .

My employer is looking for a team who are able to refurbish a georgian manor house, using original working practices (ie. Lime mortar etc) no modern materials are to be used apart from electrics and plumbing.

Its a big job that also involves replacing entire roof and structural beams.

Plans etc are already in place.

Heres a pic to give you a rough idea how big the job will be

Thanks matey, the roof is coming off 1st so the beams can be replaced, then roof is going back on, then an interior wall (3ft thick) is to be partly removed to make 2 rooms into one, this obviously needs some hefty rsj's installing, flooring has to be taken up/walls have to be chased out for plumbing/wiring/heating. Entire plumbing/wiring and heating is to be removed and new put in.

Pass this onto him and if he's interested in giving a quote, PM me.
Thanks.
