EBAY grrrrrrrrr
« on: July 16, 2006, 10:37:05 »
Well to start, received an alert from ebay yesterday IN ITALIAN saying they had pulled an ad of mine for breaching regulations...erm i aint italian, so i informed them of this fact , and also changed all my sign in information at the same time, i then received an automated reply stating they were looking into it.. then 1 hour later I had an account suspension email because 'Your account details are similar to an already suspended member'????????????????????
So having followed the instructions , i then receive another automated email telling me to send i.d. proof of who I am....erm sorry but my details arent going to match my ebay user account (bezza....), and my address aint my password, and I dont think that an electricity bill (as required!!) will prove for definate that i aint italian!!!!!!
Venting a litle steam as I have 9 items waiting to arrive and 2 im selling... so not too happy - especially as they say that any listings etc will still be payable!!!!so if sellers suddenly see i am NO LONGER A REGISTERED EBAY USER doesnt give them a lot of faith in sending the items does it???
